4. AI-Generated Content & Translation Grading

The practice paragraphs and translation feedback provided by Pomnii are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and high linguistic quality, AI outputs may occasionally contain errors or stylistic imperfections. The Service is provided for educational and practice purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

The Pomnii application, codebase, design assets, and logos are the proprietary property of Pomnii. You retain rights to any original translation inputs you submit to the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pomnii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
